I have seen lots of wedding favors over the years. Their have been the edible favors, cute favors, smokable favors (cigars), and take home and put in a drawer somewhere favors. Genesis and Brady Bridges came up with a thoughtful favor at their recent wedding reception. They decided to make it count. They made a donation to a Youth Development Center in their guests names. I thought this was a great way to honor their guests by spending the money that was set aside in the budget for favors on something that won't just be eaten or thrown in the trash. I am also very sure that it was not only needed, but appreciated.
I am curious what you think about favors in general and also about how this one was handled. Do you like the idea? Will you do favors at your wedding? What will they be?
